General Terms and Conditions Services: eLearnings

Our services include:

Provision of eLearning documents and videos.

REGISTRATION

Your registration becomes effective as soon as you submit the online registration form of the respective training.

PROCEDURE AND TIME FRAME

We will first send you the invoice, which is to be payed within 14 days. After receiving the payment, we will send you the credentials for logging into the eLearning. From that moment on, the eLearning will be available for six weeks.

AVAILABILITY IN YOUR COUNTRY

The Service is not available to any person or entity that: (i) is located in a country that is subject to a European Union, United Nations or U.S. government restriction or embargo, including being identified as prohibited or restricted parties on a European Union, United Nations or U.S. government list; or (ii) is engaged in activities directly or indirectly related to the proliferation of weapons of mass destruction.

CANCELLATION OF TRAINING CONTENT BY US

We reserve the right to cancel training content in the event of reasons beyond our control. Participants will be informed of this as soon as possible. This does not give rise to any further claims on the part of the participants.

INVOICING

Invoicing takes place at the time of provision of the access data.

PRICE

The sales tax is not included in the prices. It will be charged separately according to the legal regulations at the respective valid rate.

We reserve the right to change prices and will charge the prices valid at the time of delivery.

PAYMENT

Prices are payable within 14 days from date of invoice without deductions.

SUBJECT TO CHANGE

We reserve the right to make the following changes:

To adapt the content of the training courses to the current state of the art without prior notice. This may result in deviations from the course descriptions in individual cases.

The training documents and training videos are intended for the personal use of the participant only. The reproduction of the training documents and training videos for unauthorized purposes as well as the transfer, utilization and communication of their contents to third parties is not permitted. Violation obligates to compensation. All rights remain with Endress+Hauser Process Solutions AG. The software made available during the training may neither be taken nor copied in whole or in part or made usable in any other unauthorized way.

TRADEMARKS

All product designations may be trademarks or product names of the manufacturers, the use of which may infringe the rights of the owners.
